Fee Strategy

At VN-Capital Partners we budget for a one-off charge of 6%, against funds raised plus a small equity option ‘carry’ for large fundraisers to pay for access to investors. This fee is paid to Intermediaries, IFA’s and Introducers as a single payment for raising the required funds in each HMRC pre-approved SEIS or EIS project SPV. When VN Capital Partners accesses it’s own investor funds, those of interested parties who have approached us directly or have been recommended, we do not charge the SPV any fees.
